At ShroomIQ, we’re all about getting your order to you quickly and hassle-free. We ship from our fulfillment centers in the UK and USA, meaning international orders will be shipped from the nearest location whenever possible to speed things up.

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • During peak times, processing may take slightly longer – but we’ll always keep you in the loop via email.

Pre-Orders

If your order includes a pre-order item, keep in mind:

  • Pre-orders have longer delivery timelines (listed on the product page).
  • Payment is collected at checkout to secure your item.
  • Delivery dates are estimated and may shift slightly. We’ll notify you if any changes occur.
  • If you order both in-stock and pre-order items, we’ll ship everything together unless you request separate shipments.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your package via our website or the courier’s tracking portal.
  • Tracking may take 24-48 hours to update after shipping.

Failed Delivery & Returns Due to Address Issues

  • If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, you may need to cover additional shipping costs for re-delivery.
