1. 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand by our products, and if you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ve got you covered!
Eligibility:
- You may request a refund or replacement within 60 days of receiving your order.
- Due to the nature of food and supplement products, we can only accept returns on unopened, sealed items in their original packaging.
- Opened or used products are not eligible for return for safety and hygiene reasons.
How to Claim:

- If eligible, we’ll guide you through the return process.
- Once we receive and verify the returned item, we’ll process your refund or replacement ASAP.
🚨 Note: Shipping fees for non-defective returns may not be refundable.

While we don’t offer a traditional “warranty” on consumable products, we guarantee that our gummies meet the highest standards for freshness, safety, and quality.
What’s Covered:
- If your product arrives damaged, defective, or compromised, we will replace it for free.
- Issues related to manufacturing faults or errors on our part.
What’s Not Covered:
- Personal taste preferences (if you don’t love the flavor, we encourage you to try a different variety!).
- Improper storage (e.g., exposure to heat, moisture, or direct sunlight).
- Damage due to mishandling after delivery.
3. Reporting an Issue
If you believe your product is defective or has a quality issue:

- Provide your order number and a photo or video showing the issue.
- Once we verify the claim, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.
4. Important Notes & Exclusions
- This policy only applies to orders placed directly through our website (shroom-iq.com). Purchases from third-party sellers may not be covered.
- The guarantee is void if the product is tampered with, improperly stored, or past its expiration date.
- We reserve the right to deny refunds or replacements if we determine the claim does not meet our policy guidelines.
